Our policies

We ship across the UAE from Dubai. Standard delivery is 1–3 working days for most emirates.

Orders above AED 99 ship free. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Same-day delivery is available within Dubai for an extra AED 20. Orders must be placed and paid before 1:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (not available on Sundays); otherwise they ship the next working day. Subject to courier availability.

Delivery windows are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or address issues are outside our control and do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund once an order has shipped.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct before paying. Failed deliveries due to wrong details, no answer, or refused acceptance may incur a re-delivery fee.

Because every piece is hand-picked and limited, all sales are considered final once the item has been delivered and inspected.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind, fit, size, colour, or style preference.
• Items showing any sign of use, wear, washing, or removed tags.
• Items damaged after delivery due to handling, washing, or storage.
• Sale, clearance, or final-drop items (always final).

This keeps our prices honest and our drops genuinely limited.

Refunds are issued only when an item arrives visibly broken, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. To qualify, the following must all apply:

• Claim raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
• An unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened in one continuous take, clearly showing the defect.
• Clear photos of the item, all tags, and the original packaging.
• Original packaging, tags, and all included items returned intact.

Without a full unboxing video, a refund cannot be processed — this protects both you and us from courier-handling disputes.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the item is received and inspected at our Dubai facility. Original shipping fees and any return courier costs are non-refundable.

Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued by bank transfer once verified.

Cash on delivery is available only for orders above AED 99. Smaller orders must be paid by card or Apple Pay at checkout.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, phone, delivery address, and (optionally) email for confirmation. Payment is processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share details only with the courier handling your delivery and with the payment provider processing your order.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us, except where we are legally required to retain order records for accounting and tax purposes (typically 5 years under UAE law).

This site uses minimal cookies for cart, session, and basic anonymous analytics. By continuing to use the site, you consent to this use.

By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

All product images are taken in good faith. Slight variations in colour, texture, or styling may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, undeliverable addresses, repeated failed deliveries, or abusive conduct.

By placing an order you agree to these policies in full. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
